The economic growth and the «real estate boom» experienced in our region have caused a demographic and vehicular growth, growing along as well the environmental and sound pollution, the limitation of public spaces and the reduction of both green areas and destined zones to recreation of the population.
For this reason, the initiative of an ecological project of lands for country houses arises, under an infrastructural and eco-efficient equipment that keeps harmony with the environment.
We have chosen the area of El Paraíso, in Huacho, in the province of Huaura, for its exceptional scenic beauty. With calm waters beaches, the “Lagunas de El Paraíso” wetland’s biodiversity and extensive green areas, thus orienting us to promote an environment where families live in a friendly way with nature.
