The “Prados de Paraíso” ecological project is being carried out in its first stage, and has 168 plots of land from 500 to 1000 m2.

It includes the construction of the entrance portico, the construction of the “Casa Cabaña”, with social areaS, and a natural lagoon of 2400 m2, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with your family. Likewise, it will have sports areas that include tennis courts, racquetball court, 7-a-side football and multipurpose courts, bicycle paths and recreational areas for children.

The whole project is organized in an eco-friendly way, it will have extensive green areas, with landscaping in the shared areas, as well as an irrigation system, lighting with photovoltaic energy, solid waste management and a treatment plant for wastewater.
